FIVE ***** The reason this location deserves a 5 is simply the Manager of this location named Yolanda. I literally go out my way to book here because she always take care of me & is a pleasure to see & talk to. She's the best! Dare I say she has saved me from writing off hertz with a very bad experience from another location a couple years ago. I am glad I didnt just write the brand off from that one experience. If I rent again in Chicagoland in the future,(which is almost 100% guaranteed) it will be this locale.

This was such a pleasant experience. I went to the Tesla site and saw NUCO electric as the first option in my area. Travis came out within a week of scheduling my appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took 3 weeks to get the permit approved (which was the timeline he stated). Nonetheless, Clint and another gentleman arrived at 8:30 the day of installation and completed everything in less than 2 hours. They even installed my cord bracket as well. I rarely write reviews but this process was very smooth and easy!

Malik and Jaelyn hooked me up big time with an upgraded rental to a 2022 Dodge Charger! when my previous rental a Toyota Corolla broke down with heating issues. These guys take customer service beyond. Great people and great service. Definitely recommend go to this location!

Malik and Jaelen are amazing. These two gentlemen went above and beyond on more than one occasion for me. Even though the two of them were juggling multiple phone calls, and customers at the same time. They were concerned about my comfort with the initial vehicle, but i insisted on taking it because I didn't want to inconvenience them because they were already working SO hard. They assured me I could always swap it out at anytime if I felt uncomfortable. Not only did they assist me when I decided to swap out the vehicle, but I witnessed them providing the same service/courtesy to other customers to ensure every single one of the customers present were treated with the same care and courtesy. I am so impressed by the way these gentlemen were so dedicated to every customer, the way they were able to prioritize the every customer's needs with what seemed like ease. From what I witnessed, they constantly had the operation of the establishment completely under control, all the while catering to every need and answer any questions or concerns each person had. They did not rush people, everyone was given their full attention. They even demonstrated authentic compassion and caring for the needs of the customers, as they know more often than not people don't go out of their way to rent cars for fun, but due to troubles or unfortunate circumstances. This was my first time having the pleasure of using Hertz, and I can honestly say that these gentlemen gave me full comfort, confidence, and trust with this company. While I hope I won't be in the position to have to utilize a rental service anytime soon, I would only want to do it here (685 W. Golf RD) with these gentlemen. Thank you again Malik and Jaelen for making my experience more than satisfactory!

NuCo Electric guys (Clint, Kyle & Connor) are professionals who are on time , explained what needs to be done and completed the job within few hours without any mess (or) garbage anywhere. Travis gave a very competitive pricing on the install which I think is pretty neat. Overall a Five star rating for a Job well done.

Yolanda and Jaylen are the best!! My dad was sick in hospital out of town and they were so accommodating. They upgraded my vehicle and had some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!!! The attention to helping me out is so very rare nowadays!! Thank you so much!!

NuCo Electric LLC is a top-notch company. Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Going forward, I will use them for all my electrical needs. I contacted Travis based on online reviews. I am happy that I did. We spoke and I explained what I wanted to have done and Travis quickly provided a quote and put me on his schedule. Travis and his team arrived and immediately got to work. The crew added a fan box and electrical to three rooms and installed 3 ceiling fans. In addition, the guys added two much needed outlets in the basement. I am extremely satisfied with the work and will have them out for additional projects.

Nuco were by far the best company I worked with. They were reasonably priced compared to other companies locally. On top of that, I've never had a company be so polite and professional throughout my Tesla charger install. They wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned up after themselves once finished. They took the time to ensure that my wife and I understood the install process and took time to answer questions. I'll definitely use them for future electrical needs.

Travis was super helpful in helping to address the problem I was experiencing w my light switches (which were emitting a suspicious odor). Travis was able to provide his services beyond normal business hours, and was prompt in his arrival, completing the repairs in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Travis again, and will be recommending his services to all of my friends and family.
