Really happy with our gas log conversion and door install. Our salesperson, Shane, was a great help with the decision process and focused on our priorities. I wasn't upsold or pressured to escalate the project like other FP stores so it was very easy to go with NWMC. Been a long time customer and will continue to be. The install was great as well. Ron was very knowledgeable and shared some tips for using the system. We hadn't been using the wood FP at all because of mess etc. We have already used the new version a couple of times and just love it. Wish we would have done this long ago!

It never enjoyed spending my money as I did here today. Great deals, no pressure,, take your time . Mike followed me up and down the stairs as I changed my mind and asked the same question,. Even negotiating was a good time , I loved everything I purchased. I was looking on Wayfair but this was much better and I got to visually look and sit on everything.. thank you , Mike , good job🎃🙋🏻‍♀️

We had a great experience with Northwest Metalcraft. Their prices were very reasonable and the fireplace we chose looks beautiful. The installation took three days , during which every member of the team was professional, easy to work with, and very meticulous. The brickwork and mantle look exceptional, and You wouldn’t believe the fireplace came with the house as opposed to being added on. It is a direct vent unit. We could not be happier. Highly recommend.

Worked with Shane in the showroom on picking out a new gas log set, custom doors and new mantel. He showed us all our options and suggested a kind of door we didn't even think about that was higher quality at a comparable price to the ones we were looking at originally.
Ron came out to do the initial measurements and walked through mantel size options, he got everything exactly as we wanted. John and Kevin then came out to do our gas line and log install. They were so quick and efficient and walked me through the changes they made to our existing gas line. Ron came back to install our doors and mantel once they were ready and once again, was very professional and efficient!
Everyone we encountered was always friendly and helpful. They gave us their professional opinions as well as took into account what we were looking for to execute all pieces perfectly. Not once did we feel led astray or taken advantage of, we only wish we would have upgraded our fireplace sooner! Very happy customers and will not hesitate to recommend to our neighbors for their fireplace needs.
