Fantastic customer service. Kim was incredibly nice and competent. She addressed all of our inquiries and was quite knowledgeable. Regarding the facilities, it is spotless, well-lit, and extremely secure. The previous storage facility we used had an unpleasant odor, and I never felt secure enough to enter alone. But I wouldn't mind traveling alone here. I have no qualms about recommending this location to anyone.

As most people do nowadays I got a 8x20 storage unit online and everything went as smooth as promised. came in and the lady at the desk was very helpful. Place was clean so I have nothing but praises for this place as this is the 3 time I use them for my storage needs. Good place for sure.,

I came in to take a look at my unit, I was greeted by Nancy the assistant manager. She was so kind and welcoming. She explained everything from top to bottom as well as gave me a personal tour on how to get to my unit. Overall I was pleasantly surprised of how clean the storages and lobby is. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to rent a storage unit to this location.

Kim was amazing with assisting us with renting a storage. She was patient, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She made the process easy with no stress. My type of great customer service. I will definitely recommend..

Extra Space Storage facility is one if the best I've visited. Everything was super clean and very well organized. The staff (Nancy, and the other young lady) are perfect for the job!!
