Great service and super convenient. The eye exams are always comfortable and the quality of the eyewear is better than anything I have used prior. Shayla is incredibly helpful always shipping my contacts home and assisting me in choosing glasses that I enjoy wearing and have great crisp, sharp vision. My only regret is not getting glasses here sooner.

Dr. Frohm has been excellent with exams for my children and professional, incredibly knowledgeable and informative with my eye care for years. We also appreciate Shala who is always friendly and very pleasant to speak to. My family would highly recommend Northfield Vision Center!

My friend recommended me to Dr Frohm after a not so great experience at another doctor’s office. Luckily they had availability to see me day of, which was amazing! Dr Frohm did a thorough check up and confirmed my abrasion. I’m pregnant, and he went above and beyond to find me the most appropriate medication. I was very nervous and concerned about my eye, I felt such relief after this check up and the doctor letting me know that all was going to be okay. I highly recommend Northfield Vision Center and Dr Frohm.

Ho man, where to even start.

Incredibly personal, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff. Top-of-the line modern imaging equipment means easy, smooth visits, and Dr. Frohm is knowledgeable and gifted at not only reading those images, but also communicating with patients their exact diagnosis and eyecare plans - and the reasoning behind them.

They didn't have the frame style I wanted, but rather than giving me a runabout over it, simply redirected me, script in hand, to another local merchant that carried the style I wanted. I have never known a business to put the needs to it's customers over it's own business interests; that's ... impressive.

They are also incredibly patient, and worked with me to resolve an insurance issue that took WAY longer than it should have.

Overall - I cannot imagine better service, and if you are searching for an eyecare provider - stop, and just go see Dr. Frohm. I cannot give any higher than a 5 star rating, but very much would if I could. 100% recommendation.

I am so happy to say that I have received my first batch of contact lenses. I’ve wanted contacts for years, but I was squeamish about even getting my fingers or eye drops near my eyes. However, I was determined to get contacts. Dr. Frohm and his assistants were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They coached me as many times as it took to touch my eye, use drops, and get the contacts on and off. They never stopped believing that I could reach my goal, and I’m so grateful!
