Caitlyn is an absolute gem- I followed her here from another spa and drive out of my way to go to her because she is THAT good. I’ve easily had 100 facials in my life and can say no one has been more meticulous with my skin than Caitlyn. She is extremely thorough, treats my skin as if it was her own - she really goes above and beyond. Trio is beautiful and everyone there has been lovely, never pressured to get anything- a fabulous experience! Just don’t all go booking my girl up so I can’t get in!

This spa is so amazing!! I’ve seen Caitlyn several times and she is incredible and smart. I feel confident knowing the treatment I’m getting is customized to my needs — from hydra facials to dermaplaning to laser treatments — she’s an expert at all of it and I’m so so grateful for her!! ❤️

If you are interested in BBL and Halo laser treatments, look no further - Caitlyn is your gal! I am so incredibly happy with the results from my treatment. The sun spots and. hyperpigmentation I had on my cheeks before are gone. This treatment is something I had wanted to do for a long time, but I was really nervous and kept putting it off. Caitlyn is the reason I moved forward with it. She is extremely experienced and knowledgable about the whole process and eased my nerves before/during/after. It's not the most comfortable treatment, so having her there to talk me through it was so helpful and appreciated -- I love my skin!

I have been going to Trio Med Spa for almost five years. The staff is always warm, welcoming and very professional. Onute’s skin care knowledge is amazing! Truly, she gives the best HydraFacials I have every received!!! I schedule one monthly. The Botox treatments I receive from Nicole always leave me with positive results! Her recommendations have always been more like tweaks, never overtly too much. I really appreciate her approach and expertise!
