My experience at Honda City was very pleasant and stress free (which is hard to say about any dealership). It can get very busy here especially on the weekend so I’d recommend setting up an appointment if you already know what vehicle you’re looking for. They have a wide variety of cars with different mileages and trim levels which was nice. The staff here is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their inventory and trim levels. My salesperson was Ricardo and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was very helpful in being able to get me into the car I wanted and also working with me on the price to make sure I got a great deal. He answered all my questions on the car I was interested in and I could tell he knew his inventory. They had pizza in the break room which was nice while they worked out numbers and I set up my insurance. Ricardo was not pushy at all and did not pressure me into taking the first offer and was more than willing to negotiate a price that made everyone happy. I’m very pleased with my new CRV and the customer service I received at Honda City. I’ll definitely shop with them again in the future when I buy another car!

I was shopping around for Jeeps. I knew I wanted a white Sahara. I found this one at North City Honda. Juwaun helped me, he was extremely nice and was very patient as per all the questions I had. The Jeep is awesome, I love it. Definitely would recommend coming here if you want to a good vehicle and great service! THANKS JUWAUN!

Listen!!!!!. This has been the fastest car buying process ever. I hate getting nickeld and dimed. They were transparent with me; and not pushy. I cannot stand a pushy salesman. I worked with Josue. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I explained that I didn’t want to waste my time and wanted ti get straight to the point. That’s what he did for me. These people seriously treat you like family. I love it here!

Miguel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all helpful! He was able to assist me in Spanish and answered all of my questions. Needless to say, I left the lot in my new car! Would highly recommend. - Imelda

My experience here was excellent. I arrived with two kids (5&6yo) to look at a specific car. They had it ready to test drive in about 10 minutes. Sat down to negotiate with Kendall after a short drive. They worked with me on the price and we got the deal done. Car buying is never a quick process but they did the best they could to simplify things. We're honest and up front. Did not feel like they were trying to dupe me or anything. Kendall and everyone there were very accommodating toward my kids and let them eat pizza in their break room. Made it a lot easier on me to focus on buying the car. Very, very pleased with the experience and our purchase. Would definitely recommend and purchase from here again. And special thanks to Kendall who went above and beyond.
