(June 3, 2023, 8:21 am)Went to the Willow Lawn Memorial Day Service. As always it was a beautiful service. I had made an appointment to see Emma about purchasing and installing grave markers for my pets that didn't have one yet. She was so helpful and accommodating and we so appreciated her willingness to work with us. Arrowwood Pet Cemetery is such a peaceful place for me and completing their markers was very important to me. Emma made that so easy. Thanks for your help Emma.

The graveside service and natural burial was bittersweet and exactly how Don wanted it. He is resting underneath trees and the location feels so peaceful. I highly recommend! Thank you again, Emma.

Emma was friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Her ease, a sincere effortless endeavor was most comforting. I know this is your job, but I just wanted to tell you that you have a special ability to think through every detail. Thank you and your staff for the professionalism demonstrated during the funeral service of my son. It was a beautiful service and a perfect goodbye.

(May 17, 2021, 10:07 am)Becky Sheridan, the Willow Lawn Memorial Park representative, did an excellent job!!! She made special arrangements to do a Saturday funeral. She also coordinated with our funeral home director in escorting the hearse to our family’s burial site. She had the hearse park on the service road next to our burial lot, so it allowed the pallbearers to move our father’s casket next to our family burial lot. Overall, she did a great job!!! I know she took care of my family well and will continue to do great service to others. I thank her and Willow Lawn Memorial Park for their help and cooperation in this difficult time for our family.
