My laundry (2)

Plenty of open machines when I went around 4:30-5pm. Employees were very helpful & directed me to where I could find an (off-site) atm for cash, as well as stepping in to help when the machines were being finicky about accepting coins. $2.75/load washing, 30 min cycles. Did not use the dryers. Tables for folding were available.

I frequently go to the 24 hour one down the street. Decided to check this out due to it being extremely crowded at the other. I'll never go back. The workers and ppl here in general are so nice! Less crowded better prices and great vibes. Even with the language barrier the employees are eager to help and with some help from my knowledge and theirs we were able to get my machine going. Everything is clearly marked if it's not working. Not abnormal with the amount of machines they have. Prices are better here too, how have I missed this place for 6 years.

I attempted to call this place several times before I went and it wouldn't ring, just hang up right away so that was odd. The place was mostly clean with 1 lady employee. Didn't say hi or acknowledge me, but I guess that's fine. She just sat inside or outside on her phone. She helped certain people bring their clothes in. But not a bad place to do your laundry.

Love this place the mat is always clean washes my clothes well. Wish they were open a little later.

Great laundromat. Clean. New equipment. Easy parking. Much nicer than laundromat in Country Faire Plaza in Grayslake.
