Since moving into our home, we've had the typical joys of new home ownership with updating and repairing etc. We've used Michael and Chris three times for different issues with excellent results each time. They're responsive, competent, very competitively priced, and efficient at what they do. We will have no hesitation in contacting them for any future plumbing needs we may have.

We needed to get an estimate to replace copper water lines to our fridge. I got in touch with MPT, got an appt the next week! They arrived a little early, provided a very reasonable estimate and let us know they could complete it that day. MPT has come to our house several times in the time we've lived here, and they are our go to! They are all the things you'd want...polite, professional, reasonable, timely...plus they are just genuine good guys. Absolutely recommend.

Mike and his team arrived about 1 hour after I called them which is excellent! I've never had a plumber show up that quickly. He diagnosed my issue and had a new water heater purchased and installed before lunch time. Same day. Imagine that! I couldn't be happier. I will be using MPT from now on. Michael and Chris were absolutely spectacular. They arrived on time and immediately put booties on before entering the house (I didn't even ask them to!). The reason for the service call was to fix my shower, and the more they dug into it the more they realized there were additional issues. All in all, they ended up making multiple trips to pick up additional parts needed and the job took much longer than I'm sure they were anticipating.

They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and very patient with all of my questions. They were solution oriented and incredibly transparent with pricing, so I knew exactly how much the extra parts were going to effect the quote.

These guys saved my day and did an outstanding job! I must commend them for being available before 9am CT, making it to my house within 20 minutes, being courteous and providing their service at an affordable price.

We needed to change the valve for our toilet but were unable to do so due to our main valve being ceased and not having a key, and the city valve was buried by a tree root that grew over the valve itself.

MPT was patient with the entire process! They left to allow public works to do their part and then they returned later to complete their job by replacing the main shut off valve for our house and fixing our toilet leak by replacing the water valve for our toilet.

A bunch of valves that needed changing simply because of age, some natural instances and basic wear and tear.

Thanks to MPT, I am now able to save on my water bill and use the toilet. :)
