(March 10, 2020, 3:57 pm)We use M & K for our repair and service needs on our 2019 Mack and so far every repair and service has been done to our satisfaction. The entire service is friendly, approachable and easy to talk with. They have even done an unscheduled small quick repair on a damaged air line for free to keep us operating. The shop is clean and welcoming with no inappropriate posters, calendars, etcetera found at most repair shops. so far no complaints with these guys, unfortunately not the happiest with our new Mack and the ongoing small but troublesome issues.
Thanks for keeping us on the road, please keep up the good work.
