I was looking for a particular plant and couldn’t find it anywhere. Judy was busy unloading plants that had just come in. She took the time to help me find a flat of the plant, which turned out to be on very top of the rack she was unloading about 15 feet up. She got a ladder and brought the flat down for me! Fantastic customer service!!

Long Grove employees are so helpful. Judy and Wes helped me with a bunch of large arborvitae. They made my project go smoothly.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Stephen and Peter who helped me find a water detector that was not where the Menards app claimed it should be. They were super friendly and able to point me right to it. Really appreciate their help and willingness to spend a few minutes helping me.
