I purchased a 2018 McLaren 720S March 2022 with 7700 miles. The car was advertised with exhaust, downpipes and a tune from a well known shop that has a big name but unfortunately as I found out, a bad rep for blowing up McLarens with their tunes. Fast forward a month and 1500 miles and I have two holes in my engine block. I had the car towed to a McLaren dealer and got a quote of $115k for just the engine replacement. On a recommendation from the folks at M-Engineering, I gave the guys at Cannonball a call. I spoke with Jordan and he was fantastic. He shot me over a baseline quote, same new motor as the dealer was getting, at a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price structure. Cannonball had my car just shy of three months and Jordan kept me updated every step of the way. He took a SIX FIGURE learning experience and actually made it pleasant. As a matter of fact, I would up spending about 115K with them, but it included a brand new Unobtainium complete exhaust system with downpipes, and tons of other fixes they found when working on the car. I have owned and run car dealerships for 25 years and these guys are the best in the game. They will be doing all of my maintenance on my 720S and for my son's S63 coupe in the future. I recently had work done by the guys at Cannonball, and I have to say that it was the best experience I have ever had at any tuning shop. Jordan is exceptional when it comes to customer service and responsiveness. Matt was extremely thorough when explaining the installs that were done on the car and his attention to detail are second to none. Overall, I had an outstanding customer experience and will continue to take my car to these guys.
