The team at Mavis in Round Lake did a great job prioritizing me when I got a flat while visiting family when I live out of state. I had an appointment at 8am and ended up late due to some other issues, but they were flexible and got me taken care of quickly despite it. I drove out with even better tires and brand new front brakes since they offered me a great price to replace them now instead of later. Great peace of mind and customer service. Thank you for all your help!

I had an important meeting in less than an hour. My brakes was squealing bad and they got me in and out in 45 minutes. Car sounds great again and I got to my destination on time. That was the definition of Great service. Awesome service, staff, and decent price...I Recommend them!

This is an update to my premature review! I went in today and I was promptly attended to. The Services were performed on time and at no extra/hidden costs from what I had already paid on Amazon for my 4 tires.

I was just in today to get my brakes and rotors replaced, and I would recommend this shop to everyone! Mike was kind and knowledgeable, and gave me an incredibly fair price for the job. Good service is hard to come by, but these guys were awesome!
