This company withholds great and quality service. They pay very close attention to detail and the request of the customer. Their customer service is more like customer care because they value the intimacy of the item. I have a lot of respect for Matthew and his family and value our relationship.

This review is way over due, busy summer watching 3 grandsons! We contacted Matthews upholstery in regards to a new loveseat sofa sleeper that my sons cats destroyed (one armrest, I had it covered with a heavy tarp but those buggers found a way under it, and tore it apart.) anyway, Matthew and his daughter were very honest with me and told me the whole couch would have to be re upholstered because there was no way the armrest separated from the couch. I really appreciated their honesty ,they made me two matching armrest covers, in a day and at a very low price, and they look fantastic, no one would every know how it looks underneath but me...and my son!!😡 I admit I was apprehensive to call them because obviously they do work out of their house, but that just goes to show... don’t judge a book by its cover.
