Repaired and got us back on the highway in no time.

I can't say enough good things about this business, on a cross country road trip , far from home on a long (Thanksgiving) holiday weekend, called numerous shops and no one could squeeze me in, J&R not only got me in, they stayed late and came in on a holiday to make sure I could get back on the road , amazing customer service on top of everything else !!

Had to have a tow at midnight. Poor Jeff had the flu so didn't answer on the first call, but called back almost immediately! Within minutes he had a guy coming to my location and in less than an hour my car was home safe and at a great price! 10/10 will recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend this place. Our car broke down on a Friday night heading to Chicago for a flight and Jeff took our vehicle in to check on it while we were out of town for a week and had someone take us to our hotel in Chicago. We avoided an expensive towing fee and on a Friday night of all things. Very thankful and blessed by this place and if I lived closer to them I would take all my vehicles to them for any service work. Can't recommend them enough if you are in the area.

I was on my way from Chicago to Springfield when sounds coming from under my vehicle made me pull over and check what was happening. A plastic covering underneath my vehicle had come loose, and by driving like that, I had caused half of it to break off, and the other half was dragging on the road. This was a Friday afternoon, and I couldn’t drive two more hours that way. I called J and R automotive, they gave me directions, saw me immediately, pulled off the covering, explained what I needed to do before winter...all in ten minutes! They charged me absolutely nothing!!! Now I realize they didn’t do much work, but seeing me immediately and getting me back on the road so quickly was priceless! They are the kindest snd most considerate guys I’ve seen in a long time! Thank you J&R...I highly recommend your services!!!!
