(February 2, 2023, 3:56 pm)We used matrix, to replace our old tub/shower with a new walk in shower, and Very glad we did, install went very smooth, done sooner than expected, installers were very nice, worked very clean, very prompt , sales rep was very knowledgeable and not pushy, everything went as he said it would, I would use them again

(December 20, 2022, 4:29 pm)Workings came on time and were very kind, efficient and professional. Covered all floor area leading to the job. Little to no disruption to my at home workspace and respectful that I was working. The 1day install is amazing and shower looks great!!!

The only pain/issue was waiting 10 weeks to get it done, I had to call them to schedule it instead of someone calling me with their (here are the next installation dates) availability. If I would've waited for a phone call I'd probably still be waiting for the bathroom to get done hence not 5 stars, if communication was on point there would be no negative feedback for this company. Overall fair pricing and we are very happy with it so far.

(November 18, 2021, 11:30 am)We are very happy with the removal of our old tub, repair to the walls and new drywall before the men installed the new shower. It is very nice. Waiting to get the room painted to bring it all together. We would recommend them to do work for you. The only problem I had was the fact I didn't truly understand the financing contract, which we had no intention of using at all, but did feel we pressured to sign. I understand they need to protect themselves from the work not being paid for at completion but there needs to be something done to that part of the work.
