G S Floor Designs

We have done several flooring projects through Home Depot and GS Floor has done all of our projects. Carpeting and vinyl click flooring. They are super professional and do what they say they are going to do. No games. GS Floor does great with communication before, during and after the project. They are easy to get a hold of for setting up your appointments and answering any questions we may have. Their workers have always done a great job while in our home and are very respectful of your property. They work hard to get the job done quickly, but correctly. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. Our floors look beautiful!

I had my flooring from Home Depot installed by GS Flooring. The two installers who came to my home were wonderful. They were polite, professional, and did a great job. Not to mention they finished in 1 day, when I was told it would take 2. Very pleased & would definitely use GS Flooring again! :)

I started my GS Floor Designs order via a local home depot. They were very professional in the knowledge of what type of carpet would work best. Having a dog in the building made me opt for one of their pet friendly carpets.
The timeline for the project seemed long at first but they actually got it done a lot quicker, which is better than them over promising and under delivering.
GS had a text message system informing me of when the product was received, they called me for my available times for them to complete the installation and had a nice text message reminder service of when they would arrive. The installation was pretty quick. There is a nice warranty as well. I don't foresee needing that within the next year or so but it is nice to have. I would like to use GS Floor Designs again for other parts of my home in the future.

I’m revising my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Was super skeptical of GS FLOOR based off all the reviews. Ordered vinyl click plank flooring through Home Depot and also bought new baseboards.

A young couple arrived for install. Again skeptical but they did amazing. Removed all the old flooring, made sure the floor was level, was communicative every step of the way. Whole job got done in 2 days. My review is based more on this couple and their quality of work. They were subcontracted from GS Floor. They were super attentive and went above and beyond in all instances.

Bought Home Depot Carpet and had GS Flooring install it. My experience with customer service at GS was great. Everyone was help full and great. However at the install GS Flooring did not get all the carpet cause Home Depot didnt give them the proper measurements. So they were short. They were able to finish the job 3 weeks later. Reason for 1 less star is cause I kept having to call to set up a time since their text service didnt work.
