Yahaira s costumer service is always outstanding. I'm always please with the service I receive from her. She makes sure I understand and or guides me when I need to used the insurance to get my car fix.

She was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained other services I was not familiar with. After I sent an email (on a Saturday) asking to add a ring to our policy, Angelica took 7 minutes to respond back via email that she had taken care of my request already, and that we'd receive the updated policy info via mail. It doesn't get much better than that. I think it took more time than that to scan, attach the appraisal, and type out the email. Great work - thanks!
