Walked in -greeted...service time .... reasonable....customer service level...100! This was a 20min drive from downtown Chicago...trust me it is worth it! I highly recommend!

By far the best ive experienced. 2 other dealers couldnt diagnose problems. Loeber did quickly and took care of all wirh my extended earranty so i didnt have any out of pocket expenses. Extremely courteous, professional and the qork was great.
So from service advisor, service manager, the mechanic who listened to my concerns and even how clean my car was when i picked it up. THE BEST! Thank you Loeber Mercedes. Great staff.
