Let me start by saying I'm very critical of some companies and the service they provide. Today I became a lifelong customer of lock pro for multiple cleaning needs around my house.

Lock Pro is legit!

Tom showed up explained the process and got to it and Delivered great results.

I Dont usually give reviews but this time my wife and I are so happy we had too!

This is the first time we've had our carpet cleaned and it's actually clean.

Not to mention the phone call from the owner to make sure everything was on par with our expectations!

I would definitely use lock pro cleaning services again. The timing was perfect, I were able to go into work a lot sooner then I thought. They were quick, my carpet is clean and smelling good. So professional. Kevin even called to get an update to make sure everything were still doing well…

I am grateful to have found this company on fb. They were very responsive once I sent the inquiry and when they arrived they were very professional and informative regarding caring for our carpet. They were able to get rid of those stubborn dark marks that we thought couldn’t be removed. We will definitely be using their services again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Remarkable service! I am very pleased with the aftermath of my carpet cleaning. Seeing the before and after pictures of carpet areas in my home was amazing! I was a bit worried that the years of stains from the common walk areas will not be thoroughly cleaned, but to my surprise, Kevin and his team were able to get the areas with hard stains restored like brand new!
