For being a cold storage warehouse in the Chicago Area... THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO LOAD..
IT'S NOT MUCH DIFFERENT THAN ALOT OF COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSES EXCEPT THERE IS MORE PARKING, THEY ALLOW PARKING, EITHER IN THE LOT OR ON THE STREET.
There Generally Nice to you, Just follow the rules.
Relatively Quick to load for a cold storage..
I've been there 5 times I have No complaints That are due to them..

Arrived onsite 4hrs before my appointment and got a dock after 1 Hr of waiting ☑️
Good services plenty of parking to wait for your load they are appointment based but if they are not busy they will call you for a door!!
Check in pretty explanatory going off their signs don’t block traffic PARK AND CHECK IN ☑️

Four stars because the gentleman at the check in window was a little grumpy I couldn’t read his mind but could’ve done without that !!

Nice employees but SUPER tight for turning around and a little tight for backing into the dock. Was able to check in early. Truck in the photos took a minute to back in but he did a great job! The sad thing is, I had to back into a dock just to turn around to be able to park across from the docks. I WOULD ADVISE PARKING ON STREET AND WALK TO CHECK IN AND NOT PULLING INTO THIS PARKING LOT UNTIL THEY CALL YOU. Next time I’ll sit on the street until it’s my turn for a dock door. There is a restroom and vending machine. 2.5 hours to load.

NO Parking signs on the street. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. They want you to pull into the truck entrance, and find a parking spot to back into on the righthand side. After you get parked go to the office and check in. They will give you a call or assign you a door. Don't bother going early has been my experience. They usually load you at your appointment time. They use the red light green light on the dock. So when you get a green light go ask for your paperwork. Average loading time. Clean restroom available with a snack machine. Nice people
