If I could give 1000 stars, I would. Workers spilled beer on my beautiful aniline leather couch while I was out of the country, and I came back to a huge, dark, raised stain. Multiple cleaners told me it was ruined. Rachelle and Fidelino were kind, responsive, and really went above and beyond to help me - and Fidelino was able to completely remove the stain. I don't know how he did it; the man is a wizard. I wanted to cry or hug him or both. I cannot recommend Leather Solution highly enough.

Our leather couch cushions were stained from years of our body oils. We tried a leather dry-cleaning business but they wouldn't touch 'em without us signing a waiver cause the dry-cleaning would completely change the color !
Then Room & Board recommended Leather Solutions. Wow!! I could go on but the "before" and "after" pictures tell the whole story.

My father bought a leather office chair and ottoman in, I think, the 1930's. I had it repaired at Leather Solutions of Chicago on 9/16/2004 (for some reason, I still have the invoice). It was a perfect job. I have used the chair almost every day since. The chair is still perfect. The ottoman needs a little work. If I did not live in Virginia now, I would take it in to see if I could get warranty coverage.
Leather Solution came to my rescue when salad dressing (oil and vinegar) spilled on a brand new leather sofa just hours after it had been delivered. Before Leather Solution, 3 companies told me the stain was impossible to remove, and 1 made it worse (and harder for Leather Solution) by trying. Within days Leather Solution got the cushion back to me in as good as new condition! From start to finish, this company was the gold standard for professionalism and customer service. Rachelle responded quickly, communicated clearly and often, and accommodated my schedule. And Lino the foreman is an absolute pro who inspired confidence when he came out for consult and got the job done flawlessly.
Leather Solutions did a fabulous job of reupholstering our favorite leather armchairs. Rachelle was professional & flexible while working on the quote, pickup and drop off. George was very helpful when we stopped in at the shop to see the leather samples. Job was completed in under three weeks. An excellent experience all round. We are enjoying our armchairs.
