    Great location with great people that provide wonderful service. Large place. Fees have changed. Edited: I went back to review the site knowing that many people had left and things have changed staff wise. Was disappointed not to be seeing staff that was there for years and the customer service experience at drastically been reduced. Some customers have noticed a difference in that approach of lost staff without that family touch of customer service experience. Also rates had been drastically increased on customers and buyers at this site. I believe it was also corporately across the board. Some customers have stated that they will be looking elsewhere to sell their goods
