From the very start Lakeland Exteriors & Roofing exceeded my expectations. Their owner Derek Rolison personally came to my home to assess the work needed. He could have made the sales pitch like other companies did about how I should put a new roof on my house but instead he gave me a couple of options that prolonged the life of my roof for pennies on the dollar. Fast forward three years later and it was a no brainer to use Lakeland to put a new roof on my house. The process was easy, the high quality of work and professionalism was impressive and the job site was constantly kept clean. I couldn’t be happier with our new roof and the experience working with Derek at Lakeland. I highly recommend them.

Lakeland installed new shingles as well as Hardi board siding and trim. Finished the project off with soffit and seamless gutters topped with gutter guards. They treated our home like it was there own, I cannot say enough about the clean up and thoughtful workmanship that was performed by this team. Good old fashioned service and reliability. Derek and his team of highly skilled professionals, were nothing short of pleasurable to work with. Not only did they repair all of our storm damage, but they took the time to educate us and do the job completely right. If you want your storm damage to be repaired as soon as possible, go ahead and call a potentially uninsured storm chaser. If you want repairs done by an insured builder with decades of proven experience, you would be foolish not to at least consider Lakeland Exteriors.
