Great service and super friendly! They always answer the phone when you call and i did not have to life a finger to get my policies switched over from progressive.

I had a sprinkler system burst in my condo building which affected my unit. I called my insurance agent, which gave my no guidance or help. Just said "file the claim" (I have never filed an insurance claim, this was foreign to me). Josh is a friend of mine so I wanted to get his opinion on the situation. He went through a number of options that I could entertain and even connected me with an adjuster becuase he understood the extent of the damage. He checked up on me throughout the process and made sure I was making the right decisions (HES NOT EVEN MY PERSONAL INSURANCE AGENT).

All I have to say is this: if he is willing to work this hard for someone who isn't even a client. Imagine how hard he would work for you when you ARE his client.

Joshua just completed setting up 4 new policies for me and my family and did a truly outstanding job. He was very organized and asked me all of the right questions and handled the transition from my previous insurance carrier to my State Farm.

This afternoon I paid a visit to the Joshua Fitts State Farm Agency to purchase my auto and condo policies. I was excited about this visit because another of their agents, Andrew Smith, called me yesterday afternoon out of the blue and offered me excellent premium rates on both of my policies. Both policies were up for renewal, but due to my busy schedule, I hadn’t had a chance to do comparison premium shopping, so this offer was truly a Godsend. I have literally saved over $450 for even better coverage over the next six months than what I was paying previously.
