I want to rave about Rosa! I just went through a devastating loss of my full finished basement due to water damage, and Rosa was there to support me every step of the way. There were many obstacles I needed to navigate when dealing with the claims department at State Farm, and Rosa was always available to explain everything to me, and guide me on how best to address each situation. She truly went out of her way to support me during a difficult time, and always responded to my emails and phone calls promptly. I highly recommend Rosa and Brian Lock for all of your insurance needs.

Rosa was ahead on all my needs and wants. She made my tradition from another broker a very smooth one by taking care of all the communication with third parties.

We have been with this office since I got my first car (under my parent's insurance). Since Brian took over the office, he's done an amazing job. Rosa has been our contact for years and she always does an amazing job, making sure we have everything we need. Recently, my husband had to contact her for a claim and she was on top of it immediately. We're a big fan of this office, Rosa and the service we get through State Farm.

FINALLY... a company with REAL people!!! This was SO refreshing, Jennifer.. the State Farm agent actually came to my home to go over my policies with me!!! I do not know of any other companies that do this any longer.. this is old school and so absolutely fantastic! Not to mention that she was COMPLETELY FULL of information,knowledgeable and so patient.. The cost of every is beyond excellent and I would a 100% Recommend this company ..so outstanding!!
