Toni is incredibly personable but professional. She didn't try to "over sell" any of the products or services. Toni explained coverage in simple language and details to the point where I really didn't have any questions. Regardless of the price, as a single parent, I have (2) policies that will serve my household well, keep me and my children secure and properly covered and honestly the price matches my income and history.

Out of all of the adulting I have done, working with the Jim Lee Insurance team has been the easiest. Felice gets the job done in such a timely manner. Use this shop for road service for 2 tires and rims replacement on the shoulder of I80 . Freddy is very professional and was very quick response, within 45 min he was by my truck , very competitive prices to this area. Got my truck back on the road and I’m happy with that!
