The crew was very knowledgeable and finished very quickly. The mechanic who rung us up also gave us some insight on how to care for an older car. Will definitely be going back.

Drove my mom's car on an out of town trip. Noticed she needed an oil change and stopped at this Jiffy Lube. There was no wait and Marc and the rest of the crew were extremely nice and took great care of me. I would highly recommend this location.

I had an unexpected fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube, and it's all due to the GM Marc.

I had been told by another (non-Jiffy Lube) location that they couldn't open the oil canister - the cap was stuck. I have an appointment with the dealer in a few days, but I got an oil pressure warning on my car and got worried. I figured I'd ask them to change the oil, hoping that they'd be willing to give it a try where the other facility failed.

Marc explained very clearly and respectfully that while he might be able to help me, there's a risk that he'd break the cap while trying. Should that happen, I would be in the difficult position of not having a car for several days.

Just to be sure, Marc - along with the tech Jadon - decided to check my oil, and it was great that he did! The engine was dry. He made sure I got a couple quarts of oil so that my car would be fine until I could get it to the dealer.

He could have charged me for an oil change, but he didn't want to take that risk even if it cost him the potential business. And he went above and beyond just to make sure I could stay safe.

I just left this place. It’s the best service I ever got from a jiffy lube place, I drive for living so I use the services a lot, Marc, I believe is a manager there took care of the car like it’s his, and gave me free service since they couldn’t finish the job( one part was put there too tight from a different branch and since they couldn’t take it out they gave me free service)

These men went above and beyond! My moms oil was leaking excessively when we came in for an oil change. They came and told us, even showed us the reason why and asked if we’d like to take a picture just in case. These men were quick and true gentleman! Super friendly and definitely very detailed in their work. We left confident that the oil was fixed and had smiles as the men there were just so friendly. I would easily go back again!
