I love all the trainers! They are all a little different so you never do the same thing twice! This is the best workout class ever, it’s impossible not to leave feeling great and sweaty! Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience here since I started back in December. I have lost weight and felt more active now. The classes are fun and challenging. The staff is also friendly and very motivating. Wouldn’t recommend any other place!

I started KB about 9 weeks ago. I LOVE it. Each coach brings something different and it's Always a good workout. It is tough in the beginning, but over time it gets easier as your brain to body connection and muscle memory develops. I look forward to my workouts. It's such a good workout and as a busy full time working mom of 3 kids, I find that this is the well needed workout and break/decompression that I need.

I've also lost over 10lbs since beginning, and the shape of my body has changed also. I look great and I feel even better!

ILKB Skokie has helped me boost my confidence and become a better me! I have tried different group classes before and none of them helped me gain self confidence like ILKB. ILKB is one the best exercise classes I have ever been too. The staff members make working out a fun experience and are so motivating in all classes! They are there to help you be your better self. They not only motivate you to have a great workout but they also help you better your techniques. You are able to go at your own pace and no one will yell at you or push you. I highly recommend it!
