I’ve been working out most of my life and thought I knew what I was doing.. till I started working out with Laura. Through her years of experience, knowledge, and her technique they have completely changed my body. Her gym is a private, clean, and a safe space that makes you feel welcomed at all times. She truly is the best in the industry!

Laura is the best personal trainer I've ever had. She's an expert in creating and implementing a fitness plan that improves overall strength, flexibility, and wellness. One of the hardest things about meeting my fitness goals is consistency; hiring Laura has helped keep me accountable for exercising. I've lost weight that I've been wanting to shed for several years and have gained a fair amount of muscle tone, but most importantly, I feel overall (mood and mental health) better. I’ve been training with Laura for 3 months now. I love how organized she is and that she’s always taking in consideration my opinion about how I want to look.
She expresses herself very carefully making sure you feel comfortable training with her.
Always checking if I’m doing alright after trainings, and always making sure I eat 😂.
Additionally, her knowledge and experience in the field are definitely valuable.

I live about 30-45 mins from this studio but I refuse to go anywhere else. Laura is absolutely fantastic! She listens to your fitness goals, will guide you through the workouts & will 100% make you break into a sweat!

Laura’s energy is amazing, she is the most professional trainer I’ve ever had. I have an upcoming wedding in May and her workouts have gotten me in some of the best shape of my life. I had my last dress fitting about a week ago and the dress was so loose I have to get it completely altered! I lost about 4cm off every part of my body. I would highly recommend FITBODYBETTERLIFE 💪🏻
