Dr. John and his staff are the best. They treat your pet like family. Very compassionate. Dr. John takes the time to talk to you and explain everything to you.

I love Dr. John! He has been treating my pups for a long time, but this was my first time at this office. I was also quite pleased with his staff. They are very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable.

Our dog is really sick and I literally called and went in personally to 20-25 places today. No one cares just nope can’t see your dog for a week or 2. I called homestead and talked to a really nice receptionist. She told me she had nothing but had an appointment next day at 9 a.m. I took it with a payment to Hold appointment. She called me literally an hour later and said she could get me in at 4 today. We took our dog there and it was as good as experience we’ve had at a vet. Dr John is the most caring vet we’ve ever met with. His team also is super nice. He explained everything that they’d have to start with and pricing without pressuring. Unfortunately our pup is pretty sick and we don’t know the outcome yet. We will not know the outcome for a day or 2 but regardless thank you for the great service. They treated us like we were full time clients. We will now have a new vet which we were looking for anyway . We do know many people that use Homestead. Not many vets around the area like Dr John. Seems like he actually likes his job,what he’s does and talks to you like a real person. Thank you so much regardless of the outcome of our pup.

Wish I visited this place under better circumstances but for my first visit to this place they treated me and my dog Doug like family and gave him the rest he deserves. The vet tech Mike was very helpful and considerate made a hard visit go really smooth. I think in the future I'll try this place out more with my next dog.

Dr. John and his staff are amazing! They really care about your animal and take the time to explain everything that is happening/going on. I wouldn't want my pups in the hands of any other vet.
