Donovan C. came out to fix my toilet because it had overflowed and would not flush and I could not have been happier with him. He got to my home as quickly as possible and he went out of his way to explain all of the possible costs that could come up before he did anything so that I did not have an unexpected large bill when he was done. It was clear that he genuinely cared that I got the best service that I could and that I got it with the least amount of expenses to me. He was very friendly and I truly appreciated his service. I will use Roto-Rooter again solely based on my positive experience with Donovan today. I definitely recommend them.

Cy (tech # 9823) was incredible! He replaced three of my faucets! He found ones that matched the esthetic of my bathroom, worked quickly and diligently, showed me exactly why my sinks were leaking and was very professional. I would recommend Cy to anyone looking for plumbing work and I know I will be requesting him again for all future work.

Roto-Rooter and Robert were amazing. He helped me clean out my main line when I couldn’t figure out why my floor drain kept backing up. He was extremely knowledgeable in his craft and he explained everything as he was doing it. After the job was done, he stayed for a bit to make sure the line wasn’t backing up. This was extremely last minute but they came out within an hour of me calling to take care of the emergency. I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend to others.

I highly recommend! They were super responsive & quick when we had a leak in our kitchen under our sink & dishwasher. We called around 10 am & the technician (Cy) arrived in less than 2 hours. He found the source of the leak & walked us through his suggestions. Our kitchen faucet was broken & we needed a new one. He ran out to buy us a new one (taking into account our preferences) & then came back to install. It looks great! The whole service, including buying a new faucet took around 2 hours! We’d use again!
