(November 3, 2022, 9:27 am)Michael is a nice and friendly guy and he is knowledgeable about his business. He cares about the customer he serves and he took time to sit down with us and go over all the options. Since we have a newly constructed house, he provided us with temporary paper shades as we were waiting for the shades to be made and installed. There’s one shade that doesn’t suit perfectly and Michael pointed it out during installation and willingly replace it for us. Keith, the installer, is professional and efficient. He came several times just to make sure he has the accurate measurement for all windows and he installed the shades quick. The shades are in high quality and the look beautiful! We really enjoyed working with Gotcha Covered of Naperville and will strongly recommend working with Gotcha Covered of Naperville and Michael’s team!

(October 11, 2022, 4:57 pm)Gotcha Covered Naperville did a great job in providing ideas for how we could have plantation shutters on all of our windows (including two arched windows). Before we placed our order, Michael came out multiple times (including once with the installer) so that we could ask questions and be sure of exactly what we ordering. They definitely wanted us to be happy and it worked. The difference the shutters make to the look inside of our house is amazing. Thank you Michael and Keith.

He spent several hours guiding us through various options and was so easy to work with. I truly appreciated the time and personal attention we received. Our window treatments are absolutely beautiful, I could not be happier with the service I received and with the finished products!

After getting multiple quotes with pushy sales reps, Michael came by and was warm and friendly and took a genuine interest in helping us find the right window treatments for our home. Michael provided us a pressure free quote, which he went above and beyond to be reasonable and fair. Michael even came back for a second visit to help us narrow down our choices and make the right decision. The window treatment order came in quick and Michael and his installers were professional and accommodating while scheduling and installing the treatments. Michael has been a pleasure to work with! He kept me updated throughout the entire order process and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. We are very happy we went with Michael and Gotcha Covered of Naperville, and will be ordering again in the future!

Michael was patient in understanding the need and gave the best quote within budget.
There was a long delay in getting the blinds but that's understandable due to supply chain issues. Michael was prompt with the communication for the same.
Keith was perfect in communication and scheduling his arrival to get the measurements and to put the blinds.
The blinds look great!! Hoping they stay the same. Will update if anything changes but so far all is good!
Would recommend!
