I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to showcase there abilities to put there talents on display! They went above and beyond my expectations and proved once again why I've continued to purchase from Gerald of North Aurora!
Oh and by the way...Kenneth Garrett the service manager, totally gives you the white glove treatment being a Genesis owner!!! -

(January 24, 2023, 4:19 pm)We purchased a 2023 Genesis GV70 from Gerald Genesis. It was one of the best experiences I've had car buying. Nick Shala is our salesperson. He made the experience as convenient for us as can be. I have to say, Nick goes far above and beyond what is required of him. He assisted us in setting up the driver profiles in the car, arranged our first service visit to correct a minor paint issue. This dealer ship and Nick are the best. If you want a great experience, go to Gerald.
