One of the best. Starting from great customer service. To all the service options and towing if needed. Then the mechanical work they do is amazing. Prices are great and a warranty on the service.

We drove 800 miles from Virginia to Chicago for Christmas holidays. 1 hour into the ride the engine started screeching. It was a miracle we made it to West Chicago without the belt snapping. We barely made it to the shop. It was another miracle my sister had a great mechanic who would get us back on the road all in one day replacing the shot serpentine belt assembly. Thank you Keith!

I figured since Frank's was in my town I would give them a try. I have tried others and not good stories there. This place was good. They listened, they assessed, and they called to verify the repairs. Been there twice with two different vehicles now and received the same great service. Honest. The price is pretty good too. Go to Franks for quality work...
