Definitely recommend Ulises G. I went in to get new tires and he had me covered from choosing the best tires for my eclipse. There was only 3 tires In stock, so the store had to order 1 more from another location. Unfortunately, the driver picking up the tire took forever but Ulises was on it and quickly changed the situation . Ulises of course had other tasks to do but never failed to keep me Informed, I really appreciate his work. Thank you Ulises!

I got two new tires recently, the guy that helped me was really nice. Gave me perfect details of the condition of my tire, showed me the issues and helped me get a better price. I appreciate the customer service, I’ve been coming to this location for years now. Even when is just to get a free fix for a nail hole or getting new tires, staff has been very professional.

Called about tires I wanted to order online. They were discontinued but the store ordered the newer version at the discontinued price. They are always careful with my discontinued 13 year old wheels. Great service from this store. Have used them numerous times and will continue to do so.

Was back to get the tires inordered mounted on my new wheels. Again the guys there took great care of me.

Moises has been to our home numerous times for our regularly preventative services. He is always friendly and knowledgeable. Today he took the extra time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. I highly recommend Pointe, primarily because of the wonderful experts they employ!

I received prompt response on a Sunday from Pointe. The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and able to get me on the schedule quickly. Ryan came out on Tuesday and was so thorough and helpful. He explained everything to me and was so patient. I appreciated his expertise and the comfort he provided as we have been frustrated.

Very pleased with the service rendered by Jamien.
He was polite and professional. It didn’t take him long to find the source of entry where mice were getting into the house. He plugged it up and also thoroughly inspected any other possibilities.
He left a few bait stations as a precaution in case there may be a few stragglers left inside. Those will be checked in a couple weeks.
I chose Pointe based on a friend’s recommendation. Glad I did.

Kevin was absolutely amazing!!!!! My partner and I have had experiences in the past that were just not very up to par at all when it came to anything regarding exterminations/home inspections etc., but Kevin went above and beyond! He was extremely friendly, considerate, polite, very educated, and made sure to answer any and all questions we had with confidence and ease. We are so beyond happy to have had him come by and help us today, he gave the most thorough spray job of any exterminator we've had. He talked us through every single step of what he was going to do. He was very personable, and I can tell he is very committed to performing at the highest quality in his field. Thank you so much Kevin, my partner and I are really happy to know you will be helping us out with any exterminator issues in the future!! :)

Zach is awesome! Dog Friendly and very informative. Answered any and all questions. Did a detailed extermination and gave me tips on how to deal with the follow up I needed to do for a more complete service. Pointe is bargain priced and I just can't say enough good about them.I highly recommend them for all types of extermination. 5 stars from me.

I booked an appointment to have all four tire sensors replaced. All the employees were super polite. The young man helping me went over the charges, finished the transaction and explained the warranty. There was plenty of parking in front of the store. Twp public restrooms were available. Water was offered in a cooler in the waiting room. Plenty of seating, spread throughout the waiting area with tire magazines was available. My car was brought to the front door for me when the work was complete.
