So first, pricing is great, shipping great. But most importantly, they offered me very responsive, wise tech support. The first woman I talked to regarding my problems told me exactly what was needed, and what was not. I then had later communications with several others who were also helpful. A time or two I could not get through, or had to leave a message. But I know this was because THESE PEOPLE ACTUALLY WORK. And I was calling several times over several days. But I was brand new to the process of re-bedding my entire system (multiple tanks). So I needed advice. And they met, and exceeded that need.

Why was this great? Because my local guy wanted $2400 (but free install!) for JUST an iron tank replacement to match my exact bypass valve. Whereas I received all new media for (2) tanks, and other necessary parts for under $600. All because the lovely woman on the phone told me there's no need for new tanks or valves if mine are working proper.

So I learned everything about both my iron filter and softener in the process, changed all my media, and saved myself thousands.

About 1 year review OZONE at the Top and RO at the Bottom- Soon to buy hole home filter. First impression when talking to Brenda is amazing. You get a polite knowledgeable and professional response. I bought the OZONE system for removal of smell from my well. I learned talking with how this system would help. There is an iron bacteria that is killed by this system. It worked even better than I thought. In addition to the smell being gone the iron staining has been completely eliminated. I wanted the biggest system I could get and was talked back to what I needed (spending less but getting a fantastic result.) Shipping was exactly as they described. All components and instructions. I found installation to be pretty straight forward. If you follow the instructions on connections it is pretty straight forward to install.

Took water almost perfect but for an earthy stone flavor and made it perfect nothing. Instructions are a OK. I did not like the saddle valve system for the drain I redid the drain as I did not want any chance of leak. The supply connector did not seem standard and did not work for me, however, I found several different versions at Home Depot that made the installation super easy. Clean and go! I used it for about 4 months and the capacity reduced about a gallon in the tank because of the hardness on the membrane. But I still get excellent water and more than enough for a days consumption. The valve makes a noise now with the membrane pressure. We fill a pitcher before bed and let it fill overnight.

What a wonderful experience I had dealing with this company. The customer service - Phenomenal, the support and guidance I received throughout the whole process - Phenomenal. I was dealing with hard water that had a very bad odor to it. Upon researching water softeners, I decided to give Discount Water Softeners a try. All I can say is, you WILL NOT be disappointed. If you have hard water, smelly water, iron bacteria, etc. please don't hesitate to give them a call or reach out. They were able to fix all of my issues in a very timely manner. Not to mention, the ease of operation and installation is great. They exceeded my expectations and I could not be any more happier. Big kudos to the whole team!

I was quoted over $4000 for a water softening system for my first home. Contacted this company based on a recommendation from a friend. They were more than glad to help. After two years of use the system has been working great. Very happy with the products and how much money I saved.
