I always have an excellent experience there. Laura, the secretary is always helpful, and friendly. Mr Garcia, the audiologist technician takes his time with each patient. He listens to you and is generally concerned. Checks and cleans your hearing aids makes sure you are comfortable with them. He's a good person, he has a cat.😼

I accompanied my aunt to make sure her testing went well. The medical practitioner was very professional and attentive to both my aunt and me with respect to her needs and my questions.

He even checked my ears, no cost. That was awesome.

Afterwards, as my aunt falls in the "senior" category, she was given a $100.00 restaurant card for dinner...

That was very nice of them.

We moved here about 1 year ago and the customer service (when I have called the Village) has been outstanding. Those girls are very professional and friendly. I may not agree with some of the policies but that's the responsibility of the Village Board not the employees that work for the Village.

My mother of 83 years old, E. Cox was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The associate that assisted her was quite knowledgeable of the product and the financial programs available to her to keep her expenses down.
