Moved into my apartment in January, and have been very happy with my decision. The entire office staff is wonderful, and the maintenance always respond quickly when I need help with something.

The grounds are well kept, and if you face south you will get a beautiful view of the pond, and all the wildlife.

It’s one of the more expensive places in town but it’s well worth it.

Lovely place to live, quite,nice people around and a really good service. The girls from office are awesome, the way they treat people and how serious they take each problem or questions the residents have. I’m a resident for more than 1 year and really satisfied with everything. Katy helped me a lot, she is so kind whenever I come with different questions, she always has a solution❤️

I love DPC! The buildings are immaculate, the grounds are always landscaped to impress, and the staff takes care of my needs so quickly and thoroughly. The clubhouse is the perfect social spot. I have so much positive interaction with my neighbors because of the hosted gatherings there. Any issue I have, personal or not, is given immediate attention and follow through to make sure I am not just satisfied, but my expectations are exceeded. 5 stars!

We love deer park crossing! The staff is super friendly, professional and accommodating. The residents are very friendly and social. All the amenities are all top notch. And our unit is drop dead gorgeous! We couldn’t be happier.

Great property that I have thoroughly enjoyed living at. Its a very tight knit community where everyone is very kind. I feel very safe here. I especially love the property staff. Carly Buechler is an incredible manager! She’s a sweetheart
