Albion on Northwest

While I like living here there are some issues in which I do have. One being parking. There are spaces right in front of my unit that never seem to be available. One car just sits there and has never moved. If there was assigned parking and those that have units right outside the their slider should be granted accees. Its great because i have kids and sometimes going out the side is faster and easier with them. Also the laundry situation in my building is an issue. With the constant harassment of signs every week.

Moved in April of last year… Love my apartment. I have two dogs and we have plenty of space and recreational area.

The complex is always clean and grounds are meticulous. I have friendly relationships with the people that live around me and I always have fairly close parking. Although I’d suggest upgrading to a garage.

The clubhouse just opened and it’s a stunner! I work in Fitness and look forward to being at my job less and home more often - the gym is very well appointed.

Looking forward to the pool.

I’ve been a resident for almost 6 months and I can’t be more than happy with this complex. First of all, the apartment was fully renovated, it does have some imperfections probably due to the speed they wanted to finish it at but it’s all minor and I can live with that. All the appliances were brand new and that’s what matters. What’s important for me, it’s quiet and safe there. Maybe I just got lucky with the neighbors that I almost never see. Also, I’m very impressed with the maintenance. They are very helpful and fast, I’m especially pleased with Vincent Aranas who fixed my thermostat when it’s was minus degrees outside at a timely manner. Danielle was also a sweetheart, very professional and helped to make my moving process as smooth as possible. All the staff is generally very responsive. The only reason why I’m taking off one star is because they haven’t finished the gym, clubhouse and dog park renovation at the time promised and I know they have raised the rent too, so it’s not fair to be charged more if you’re not getting what you’re paying for, right? All in all, keep it up!

A nice community with lots of new upgrades and amenities. Quick to do repairs and maintenance. Danielle has been especially helpful in moving units and providing great service.
