Dr. Chen is so patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented. She looks at your overall eye health, not just whatever it takes to give you a new prescription. She explains all the types of exams she walked through and her findings without jargon and in a manner that is intelligible to someone who doesn't know optometry. Aixa is also really great at what she does. She knows insurance and contact lens rebates like the back of her hand and she kindly tightened and cleaned my current glasses without me asking and helped me redo a charge after I used the wrong credit card. I'm definitely going to be a long-term patient with Chen Family EyeCare!
