My ejector pump went out so I called Capps based on a recommendation. The experience was top notch from the start. I called to book my appointment and immediately received a text confirming the date and time . On the day of my appointment, I received another text telling me that Tristan, my technician, was on his way. The text included his picture which I really liked not only from a customer experience standpoint but also as an added security measure. When Tristan arrived, he introduced himself with a smile, presented his business card and put on his boot covers immediately so as to not track dirt into my home. I took him into the basement where he assessed the issue with the ejector pump and walked me through what he was going to do. After we agreed on the service, he went immediately to work. Once he was done, he showed me the completed product. I was not only impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of his work but he also left the area around my ejector pump cleaner than he found it! All around excellent experience and I would definitely call Capps Plumbing again without hesitation. A big thank you to Tristan for a job well done!

This was the second time that we have used Capp’s Plumbing. We have been extremely impressed with them. Sean L., today’s technician, was knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough in identifying the problems and solutions. He did a great job of fixing the main leak in the least costly manner. Great company.

Tristan from Capps was great. He was able to take care of our bathroom sink clog that was more than just a clog. The piping behind the wall needed some major work and updating. Capps overall from the time I called them and through to getting a professional to the house was seamless and I appreciated their system of updating through text.

Capps is an outstanding plumbing service, and I highly recommend them! They answered the phone immediately, and scheduled me promptly. They were also available throughout to answer any questions and got back to me quickly. I appreciated that they sent a photo of Sean, the excellent plumber who worked on my problem (a toilet leak.) Sean contacted me before arriving, and was on the early part of the time frame. He went over everything in detail so I could make informed decisions, and was professional and thorough. Capps followed up immediately. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing problems.

5 stars for Capps Plumbing/Sewer! We needed to have pipes for 2 adjoining sewer lines replaced, due to tree-root clogs and broken clay pipes. With Capps, there were no surprises - - they kept us in the loop, even notifying us when new technicians were coming over. Sean spent time with us explaining why the job was necessary. Tom was a wonderful project manager! He has a 'we've got this' attitude, and guides the team well. Addison, in the front office was always reachable, and answered all our questions. All the technicians were knowledgeable and worked really hard! Although we freaked-out a lot during the process, in retrospect, we can see that our project was in capable hands, and that we were working with real professionals. We highly recommend them!
