(February 25, 2016, 10:51 am)The Brothers Flooring team did a great job and exceeded our expectations.
Why?
Because after going to the big Home Improvements centers AND several other flooring contractors for bids and options, the talented team at Brothers were the only ones that saw our flooring as NOT needing transition pieces from room to room. This is a HUGE point in the early stages as this tells me they have the experience and confidence to take the right approach to our project. Because of the lack of transition pieces the flooring looks so much cleaner where the lines aren't broken up by unsightly bumps. They saw this immediately where all others would not or could not complete our project without transition pieces.
In addition, they were the only ones to address my questions and concerns in a timely manner and that helps in many other ways as well.
We felt like we needed to share our experience and that we are very glad we took the recommendation of others and used Brothers Flooring.
