Paola helped me get into the vehicle I was looking for with ease. The dealership had a vehicle I was looking for being built, so I put a deposit down on it. It did take a little longer than expected to arrive at the dealership, but it was not an issue at all. Paola kept me up to date with the status of the vehicle. There were no crazy add on fees to the sticker price. They also gave me what I wanted on my trade-in. Overall, my experience was great.

I just purchased a new RAV4. Solomon was great! I appreciate his prompt/frequent communication and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I would recommend working with him if you are in the market for a new car. Financing process was transparent and easy. It’s not often you find dealerships that aren’t super pushy and shady, so 5 stars for Toyota of DeKalb!

I had a really great experience with Kyle and the finance manager. They helped me out during a serious pinch I found myself in. They were friendly and made the would situation quite a bit more bearable. Plus, being a repeat customer with Brian Bemis meant they worked with me on price and added benefits to my loan. Love my new ride but the experience will be me with longer than the vehicle will ❤️

I loved the experience but it’s crazy that I was there with the intention of getting an oil change and I left the dealership with a tundra haha. Management helped me a lot and the finance manager was amazing with submitting the loan application! If you ever go look for Christian the sales representative! It’s crazy to think that he sold my girlfriend her Nissan Sentra three years ago at Hawk Nissan St Charles and now sold me a tundra! He had the answer to all of my questions and will definitely go back for many years!

About the Prius: It's only been day 1, but the car is as advertised. I made the trade because I finally got tired of paying for gas. It drives well, kept in good condition, and was provided with 2 keys to it. I am, again it's just day 1, but happy with the purchase.

About the experience: Connor Brunson kept the transaction straightforward. I inquired online about their 2015 Prius 3 on the lot and was given information about it via text and Email. A few hours later, I traded in my vehicle for the Prius and left the dealership satisfied. Knowing your KBB value of your car helps, and understanding that dealerships (and their staff), too, try to make a living. I was given a fair price, and found it acceptable for both sides. Also, when it's time to purchase an accessory, I do recommend purchasing at least this one- Door Guards. It's the most useful, and well worth the purchase to simply protect one of the most vulnerable parts of your vehicle (think of crowded parkings lots!).

Lastly: I joked with Connor about this, but then I thought about it some more about how Dealerships, in general, should provide a full tank of gas to all buyers (used or new vehicles) upon purchase (or even just a $20 visa gift card to be used for gas). It's just something nice to do since in almost every case, the car you're driving out of the lot needs gas right away.

In any case, the current 4.5ish rating this dealership has earned it.
