I'm a longtime fan of BodyScience PFT. This family-owned and run business is a real asset in the community, with great trainers, classes, and other fitness options. Tony and the gang create a very positive energy and pay careful attention to individual needs.

I have to say, Body Science is definitely a cut above the rest of the facilities in the area! The facility is amazing. It is clean, inviting, with a great layout and equipment to boot. It has a very friendly staff that are professional, knowledgeable, and excited to help you reach all your health goals. It is not just a gym. They make you feel like family which makes you want to visit time and time again.

The trainers and physical therapists at Body Science are excellent, and the space is beautiful, clean and has the best quality, new equipment. The boot camp classes and one-on-ones have been instrumental in helping me build strength and achieve my fitness goals. Highly recommend!

Body Science PFT is an awesome facility! My entire experience was an absolute pleasure. Chris was my physical therapist. He introduced me to the owner of the facility on my first visit which was really cool and helped me feel right at home in a new environment. Chris took a comprehensive analysis of my range of motion and triggers of pain for me and developed a plan for me to strengthen and stretch at home which removed 99% of the pain. I love this place and the staff!!!
