I have been plagued by hip bursitis for about a year and have completed PT. While it has helped and given me a battery of daily movements to help my strength and flexibility, CLUB PILATES has been extremely beneficial in adding strength/flexibility. The instructors have shown me many modifications to ensure a safe and productive workout. This knowledge and dedication allows so many more people to incorporate this amazing workout into their daily life.

Club Pilates is a great facility. It’s extremely clean and the equipment is well maintained. The manager Glenn is great as are some of the trainers like Meredith & Cindy. It’s low impact but still a good quality workout in particular the specialty classes like Cardio Sculpt & Control. 5/5

I have been a member for 2 months now and I love it! I cannot count the number of gyms I have had memberships at and never used the facilities. I can honestly say this is the first gym that I have stuck to.. I have RA and a degenerative spine but I can do all of the exercises and feel myself getting stronger with every class! The classes and instructors change things up so it is never boring. The class flies by! Glen was right Pilates is addictive!

Love this place! They changed my life! I started with 2 days/week 3 years ago, loved it so much that I had to switch to unlimited. Now I go every day I have a chance. Referred many friends, and they are all happy! I can easily see the transformation on my friends just after a few months of doing Pilates!
