Great experience! Karen was a great help as she led me to different recliners, asked how each fit me, and after six or so recliners, she put it all together, and put me in the perfect recliner! So pleased with the Killdeer La-Z-Boy store. Nice collection, and nice service. I will see how it goes when my recliner arrives on Friday. So far, so good.

This was the best furniture purchase I have ever had! I walked in the door needing a recliner delivered within 2 weeks and Loren greeted me. I told her what I was after and my time frame. She let me look around with no pressure or hovering. When I needed more help deciding which recliner fit my body best she was there to help. She kept letting me look while she searched for my best options given the limited time frame. I was able to get the model that was best in a great color and it is 5 days later and it’s here! The delivery guys were great too but Loren was the perfect mix giving me just the help I needed while giving me space to try things and make up my mind without any pressure. The store was beautiful and the leather recliner I purchased is too!

Our salesman Daryus exceeded all our expectations especially with his patience with us making up our mind on the chair we wanted. Additionally we were helped by the store's lead designer Loren picking out the best cover for our chair. Her help made the choice so easy and our decision was reached easily. Also the price was very satisfactory. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

So happy with our entire experience! Loren was a pleasure to work with to design our family room. She spent time understanding our needs and gave us such great options. The room came together so well! She also followed up regularly to give us updates on our purchase. Our delivery was on time, as scheduled and the crew was friendly, careful and so professional. Way to go Lake Zurich La-Z-Boy. I have already recommended this store to friends. Who knew there was such a lovely showroom of all kinds of furniture AND such great service?!!!
