I just moved and hadn't shared my new address with Apria. When I got an email explaining that they had mailed a check and was mailing my supplies, I called immediately to let them know I had moved and made sure to change my address and would follow through with the items they mailed. I just received my supplies and am very pleased with how everything turned out. I thought it would be an extended wait for everything to resolve, but it went well.
