I had a wonderful experience working with Lisa. She shopped with me, found some options and then called back when a few more styles came in. One of those was the ultimate winner. The installers were quick, polite, good problem solvers and finished earlier than expected. Highly recommend!

I researched and met with three flooring companies and am so happy we chose American Flooring. Their customer service was exceptional. Brian Koltun, our Flooring & Design Consultant was great. He was very kind, helpful and patient with us as we made our decision on flooring. He was quick to send out Santiago, the flooring installation supervisor to measure and analyze the area where we wanted to install the flooring. He also provided a nice detailed quote. Santiago was also very nice and detailed. He informed me exactly what they would do in installing the flooring. They were able to order and install our flooring in a very timely manner. Emilio and his partner did a great job installing our vinyl planking and Santiago stopped by at the end of the installation to ensure everything went well. Overall, we were extremely happy with the entire process and love our new floors! I will definitely use America's Flooring for our future flooring needs. Thank you!

Very happy with our experience! We purchased carpet for our whole second floor. The man who helped us pick the carpet was super nice and knowledgeable. The waiting period between our order and the installation took only about 2 weeks. And the crew doing the installation was great, they did a perfect job and finished earlier than expected. Overall I would highly recommend America's Flooring Store!

Fran was absolutely wonderful to work with on my flooring project!! This was my first house project of many and she helped me envision my overall long-term design plans for my house. She patiently worked with me (never pressured) to find just the right flooring that I absolutely love, serving short and long term designs. She was respectful of my budget and never pushed me to choose something that surpassed it. Once I landed on the flooring I loved, she made the arrangements for the installation in a reasonable amount of time. The guys who installed it did an excellent job and were extremely kind. They completed the install in one day. I love how it turned out!! I'd recommend working with Fran at America's Flooring Store to anyone and I'll be heading back out there to pick Fran's brain for my next project soon! The quality of this vinyl plank flooring is absolutely lovely. And you can see in the last picture that the gentlemen who installed it did a perfect job lining it up. Chef's kiss!

We are very pleased with the service of America's Flooring Store. We initially ordered an engineered floor that came in damaged. The store worked with us to solve the problem. We then had a real wood insulation done with Christian's work crew. Truly amazing - they did a beautiful job. We needed a stain the coordinate with the wood in our living room and a terrific job was done with creating a match. The one installer answered I Love My Job when I asked him how he felt about installing floors - one cannot get a better answer! The customer service, quality of work and shopping experience here was one of the best. I highly recommend America's Flooring Store for your flooring needs.
