I have been going to this Auto Zone for over 3 years and was satisfied. I experienced a new older man who just wasn’t helpful and kinda rude. I tried to go in a second time and the Manager there waited on me and did a fantastic job. He showed professionalism, knowledge, patience, leadership and made me feel like I’m glad I didn’t give up on trying to come back.

This Auto Zone has an excellent staff, they are very knowledgeable and consistently go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Today was a prime example… my car’s battery died, I was able to get a jump start and drive to the store. Ryan helped me in selecting the best battery after going over the options. By the time he was done helping me select a couple detailing products, he informed me that Tino had already installed the new battery! They quickly had me back on the road, and at an excellent value. I really appreciate the help and awesome service.

I had a turn signal go out while working Instacart, not the time to be pulled over to be informed I have a light out! Of course, my vehicle did not come with an owner's manual when my ex bought it, so I wasn't even sure if this was a diy fix, I've owned vehicles where special tools were required. In no time, one of the very friendly managers had the right bulbs for my vehicle (I'm sure the other turn signal isn't far behind since I drive Instacart and DoorDash, so the two-pack was a nice option for only $8!). The woman assisting me looked up a quick video for my specific vehicle, changed the bulb for me despite all of the parts being extremely hot on this 90°+ day, and let me watch so I can just pull over and do it myself next time. A fast and stress relieving experience in a clean and well organized environment, allowing me to get back to work quickly.
